We are a very rapidly growing school. It is important that we are aware of who is visiting our building. We do this to keep our children and staff safe at school. We are asking our school community to please adhere to the following procedures.
School Visitors - ALL visitors must report to the office. If you are helping in class or for hot lunch you must sign in and out and wear a visitor sticker. If there is an emergency, we need to know who to account for in the building.
Dropping off items for students - If you need to drop off anything for your students, lunches, homework etc. Please drop these items off at the office and we will call your student down either at recess or lunch time. This helps to avoid disruptions while students are learning in class.
The office is a very busy place, especially now that we have over 400 children. Therefore, please limit any messages that need to be relayed to your child through the office. At home, explain and prearrange with children a place to meet after school. For after school activities; such as active kids or bricks 4 kids; please write reminders in student agendas. This way both the student and the staff will be aware of where children need to be after school
